Boomerax XY Stages
Offering smooth and exceptionally precise 2-axis adjustment while their highest quality edge welded bellows fulfil the strictest requirements in terms of leak tightness and durability, our sturdy UHV Boomerax XY-Manipulators commonly combined with our Boomerax Z-axis shift modules and rotary platforms to set up a complete XYZR manipulator.
Both axis can be limited mechanically for bigger feedthrough diameters.
Both flanges have tapped bolt holes.
