Multimode fibres
LewVac multimode step index fibre feedthroughs, manufactured from high purity synthetic silica with fluorine doped silica cladding and a polyimide / aluminium buffer. Standard available fibre diameters are; 100µm, 200µm, 400µm, 600µm and 1000µm diameter. All connections are via industry standard SMA-905 connectors. Fibres are offered for UV or IR transmission.
Graded index fibres are also available.
